EVANGELIST GLEN WEEKS AT LIGHTHOUSE in 2011
United States combat veteran of the Vietnam conflict Rev. Glen B. Weeks who was wounded three times and holds the bronze star for valour along with several other decorations for heroism will be the guest speaker of Lighthouse Independent Baptist Church Cessnock, in this our tenth year of ministry. Glen was also a New York State Trooper and was involved in all types of investigative work, giving him a wide variety of life’s experiences to draw upon. He has literally seen life in its many facets both good and bad. Not only is Glen a veteran of military conflict in serving his country, but he is now a veteran in his Lord’s army, having served thirty years preaching in hundreds of revival and evangelistic meetings around the world. Supported by his Australian wife Jennifer, they live and minister out of Pensacola, Florida and are members of Faith Baptist Church.
Glen’s last visit to the Hunter Valley was in July 2008, and is a faithful servant of God who will share the relevancy of the new life that can be had in Christ Jesus with this present world, and the sure hope of eternal life with Christ.
Lighthouse Baptist Church wish to extend a warm welcome to the evening meetings which will be held at Nulkaba Public School Auditorium located on the corner of Rothbury St and O’Connors Rd Nulkaba on Friday February 10th to Sunday 13tham.
